SERIES DESCRIPTION

The Warner Electric FB Series Electrically Released Brakes operate on the principle of permanent magnet attraction. These units provide full braking torque when power is removed (fail-safe) and are released by applying DC power to an electromagnetic coil that opposes the permanent magnets.

The FB-375 is the compact entry in this series, designed for high-cycle rates and rapid response. The 5380-101-005 adapter is the 90 VDC version designed to securely key and mount the brake to a standard 5/8″ motor shaft.
